He previously held senior legal and compliance roles at Envision Pharma Group, Clario, JUUL Labs, and ConvaTec Group plc, and notably served as General Counsel at Skillz from 2023 to 2024.
Andrew's career includes leading commercial legal work on Covidien's acquisitions of Barrx Medical, superDimension, and Given Imaging, and supporting ConvaTec's public listing on the London Stock Exchange.
